Together, we…is our name for the St. Luke’s 2018 stewardship campaign. Together, we pray, worship, give, serve…and do so much more. At St. Luke’s we know that we deepen our faith, care for our community, love, and serve better together than alone.

We ask for pledges during this time because together, we support St. Luke’s. We’ve grown a lot in the last few years, but we still only provide 30% of our own financial support. The measure of a healthy church is giving around 75% of its own support. Moving toward that goal not only strengthens our community and mission but also gives us the opportunity to be in charge of decisions that affect us, from signing our own contract for a copier to how to develop our property.

In church over the next few weeks, you’ll have a chance to hear from others about their own giving. You’ll hear how giving can grow out of gratitude and a sense of abundance and how giving can bring joy and a curious freedom. We ask you to pray and reflect on your own life and see what God is calling you to do as part of what Together, we can be and do.
